“Company”, “We”, “Us”, “Our” refers to Everetic Cleaning Services and its representatives.
“Customer”, “You”, “Your” refers to the person booking or using our services.
“Services” refers to cleaning and related services provided by Everetic.
“Staff” or “Service Professionals” refers to our cleaning team or third-party associates assigned to perform the service.
Bookings can be made through our website, app, or customer support.
A booking is confirmed only after you receive a confirmation email/SMS/WhatsApp from us.
The customer is responsible for providing accurate details (address, contact number, service type, etc.).
For high-demand seasons (festivals, weekends), advance booking is recommended.
All prices listed on Everetic.in are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Payments can be made online via debit/credit cards, UPI, wallets, or net banking.
Full payment or a partial advance may be required at the time of booking.
Any additional services requested on-site (beyond the original booking) will be charged separately.
Customers may cancel or reschedule bookings in line with our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Refund eligibility will strictly follow the guidelines outlined in our Refund Policy.
No refunds will be provided for last-minute cancellations, no-shows, or incorrect service bookings.
To ensure smooth delivery of services, you agree to:
Provide access to the premises at the scheduled time.
Remove valuables, delicate items, or personal belongings from cleaning areas.
Supervise children, pets, and vulnerable individuals during service.
Ensure water and electricity supply is available during the service.
Not request tasks outside the agreed service package (e.g., electrical repairs, heavy lifting).
Provide trained and verified cleaning staff.
Deliver services with reasonable care, skill, and professionalism.
Use safe and quality cleaning products (unless otherwise agreed with the customer).
Address complaints or service dissatisfaction promptly, as per our policies.
We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions (weak furniture, loose tiles, fragile surfaces).
Stains such as permanent ink, paint, or deep rust may not be removable.
Cleaning does not include pest control, plumbing, electrical, or structural repairs.
Time delays may occur due to unforeseen factors such as traffic, weather, or technical issues.
Our liability for any damage caused by negligence is limited to the service fee paid.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as emotional distress, loss of business, or missed opportunities.
Customers are advised to store valuables safely before service. We do not accept liability for lost/misplaced items unless proven due to staff misconduct.
Our staff is strictly instructed to maintain professionalism and courtesy.
Customers must not engage in abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior toward staff.
If staff feels unsafe, they reserve the right to withdraw from the premises, and the booking will be treated as completed.
All website content, logos, graphics, and service descriptions are the property of Everetic.in.
Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution of our content is prohibited.
Your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described therein.
We shall not be held responsible for failure or delay in providing services due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns, or government restrictions.
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services if a customer violates our policies, engages in misconduct, or provides unsafe conditions for staff.
Any payments made for services already rendered will not be refunded.
In case of disputes, customers are encouraged to contact us directly for resolution.
If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Indian law.
