At Everetic.in, we value our customers’ time and trust. To ensure smooth operations and fairness to both our customers and our service professionals, we have set the following cancellation and refund policy:
Free Cancellation (Within 2 Hours of Booking):
Customers may cancel their booking within 2 hours of placing it, free of charge.
Cancellations Before 24 Hours of Service:
If the cancellation is made 24 hours or more before the scheduled service time, no cancellation fee will be charged, and any advance payment will be fully refunded.
Cancellations Within 24 Hours of Service:
If the cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service, a 25% cancellation fee will be charged to cover slot blocking and staff scheduling.
Last-Minute Cancellation (Within 4 Hours of Service):
Cancellations made within 4 hours of the scheduled time will be charged 50% of the service fee, as our team will already be allocated and prepared.
Customers may reschedule their booking once without any extra charge, provided it is done at least 12 hours before the scheduled time.
Rescheduling requests made within 12 hours will be treated as cancellations and charged accordingly.
If our team arrives at the customer’s location at the scheduled time but is unable to deliver the service due to denial of entry, incorrect address, or the customer being unavailable, the booking will be considered a no-show, and 100% of the service fee will be charged.
In rare cases where Everetic must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (staff unavailability, operational issues, or natural causes), customers will receive a full refund of any advance payment or may choose to reschedule the service at no extra cost.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
Refunds may take longer depending on the bank/payment provider policies, for which Everetic will not be held liable.
